At Navya, every piece is thoughtfully prepared for you. Most of our collection is made-to-order, allowing each piece to be created especially for your order.

Made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 15–20 business days from the confirmation of your order.

Our Exclusive Pieces are ready-to-ship and will be delivered within 7 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking details will be shared with you via your registered email address or phone number.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer shipping across India.

* Complimentary shipping on orders above ₹5,000.
* A flat shipping fee of ₹250 applies to orders below ₹5,000.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the destination, courier service, weekends, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We welcome international orders.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipment details.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the respective country’s customs authorities and are outside Navya’s control.
