RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Navya, each piece is thoughtfully prepared for you. As most of our collections are made to order, we follow a carefully defined return and exchange policy.
1. MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES
All Navya pieces, except our Exclusive Pieces, are made to order.
As production begins specifically against your order, made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return, refund or exchange due to change of mind, size, fit, colour preference or any other personal preference.
We therefore encourage customers to carefully review the product details, measurements and size information before placing an order.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
2. EXCLUSIVE PIECES
Our Exclusive Pieces are eligible for exchange only.
An exchange request must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.
To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@navyastudio.com with your order number and details of the piece you wish to exchange.
Exchange requests received after 2 days from delivery may not be accepted.
3. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
To be eligible for an exchange, the Exclusive Piece must:
* Be unused and unworn.
* Be returned in its original condition.
* Have all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
* Not have been washed, altered, damaged, stained or otherwise used.
* Be accompanied by the original order details.
Navya reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned piece before approving an exchange.
4. EXCHANGE COURIER CHARGES
For an exchange requested for reasons such as size, fit, personal preference or change of mind, all courier and shipping charges associated with the exchange will be borne by the customer.
The customer will be responsible for arranging and paying the applicable courier charges for returning the original piece and receiving the exchanged piece.
5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at contact@navyastudio.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
We will review the concern and, where the issue is attributable to Navya, provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
In such cases, the applicable return or replacement shipping arrangements will be communicated by Navya.
6. NO CASH REFUNDS
Navya does not offer cash refunds for change of mind, size, fit or personal preference.
For eligible Exclusive Piece exchanges, the resolution will be limited to an exchange, subject to availability and the conditions stated in this policy.
Where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law, it will be provided accordingly.
7. EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement piece is unavailable, Navya will communicate the available options with the customer and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
8. HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

Please include:
* Order number
* Name used for the order
* Product name
* Reason for exchange
* Clear photographs of the product, where applicable
Our team will review the request and guide you through the exchange process.
9. CANCELLATION OF MADE-TO-ORDER ORDERS
As made-to-order pieces enter production specifically against the customer’s order, cancellation requests may not be accepted once production has commenced, subject to applicable law.
10. POLICY CHANGES
Navya reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
